⚠️ These elements are vital to any effective and sustainable running programme, which are often overlooked and why so many runners either plateau or get recurring injuries!
The running programme you'll receive is designed to be completed in your own time 5 - 6 times per week, allowing you to:
- Incorporate the warming up & cooling down exercises you will have learnt
- Races which you may already have scheduled in your diary can be incorporated into the running programme
It is a very flexible course so if you miss a week, don't worry ☺️ - you can just carry on from where you left off.
THIS ADVANCED STRATEGY 8 WEEK COURSE INCLUDES:

- In this session you will begin to learn about the advanced strategies of running. Please arrive dressed to run.

PERFORMANCE CONSULTING - Interim Sessions
It is advised to check-in every now and then to have your running form analysed and your implementation of performing the warm up drills.
Running form is made up of many individual elements. Each adjustment should be introduced and practised in isolation before progressing to the next, helping to avoid placing excessive stress on the body and its muscles. When you begin using your muscles in a different way, certain areas may experience a greater workload than they are accustomed to, which can increase the risk of injury. The body needs time to adapt, which is why repetition and consistent practice are essential before introducing the next small change.
Equally there is no point practising an incorrect technique over and over again as this will only hinder your performance and could lead to a running related injury.
