Tier 1 - £470
✔️ 1 x 1.5 hour pre-running plan informative coaching session
- In this session you will begin to learn about the advanced strategies of running. Please arrive dressed to run.
✔️ 8-week structured foundation training plan
- To be completed in your own time
✔️ Weekly analysis of all sessions [via STRAVA]
- I will be analysing all your runs
✔️ Weekly 20min 'Coach Call'
- To review previous and upcoming weeks
✔️ 3 × 1-hour catch-up performance consulting sessions [scheduled during your 8 week plan]

Tier 2 - £305
The same course content, but with more flexible time management and optional coaching support—designed for runners who may find it hard to commit to eight continuous weeks of structured training alongside a busy life

Note with this Tier 2 package: It is advised to check-in every now and then to have at least your running form analysed and your implementation of performing the warm up drills . There is no point practising an incorrect technique over and over again as this will only hinder your performance and could lead to a running related injury. You can do this via my pay-as-you-go hourly PERFORMANCE CONSULTING: In-Person or Remotely.
